Service Description

As a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, it is my goal to help you achieve optimal health (mentally, spiritually and physically). I help my clients how to live a healthy lifestyle while using herbs, aromatherapy, nutrition, exercise and various other methods holistic methods. As your practitioner, I will address the wellness the entire body (mind, body & soul) instead of focusing on one specific part of the body or illness, and through a few options such as the following: client education for lifestyle changes & self-care various therapies & treatments exercise and diet change spiritual counseling mental health and relationship counselling I aim to encourage my clients to understand that balance is needed in life in order to maintain proper health and I will be with you along the way there.
